Paradise inn

Paradise Pavilion is the latest addition to the restoration of Chua Eldwin empire of restaurants. Eldwin began its humble beginnings, operating a seafood restaurant success "Seafood Paradise" in a drab industrial heritage Defu Lane. Today, I'm still a fan of succulent crab butter Sri Lanka go exceptionally well with battered mantou. One can say that this restaurant is famous for its soups, as there is a spoon on a stand at each table. As usual, we left the Rocky asked. We started with kong bak pau ($ 2.20 each). Tasty, with just enough fat. The drunken chicken appetizer ($ 8) was very good too, a strong odor of fragrant wine with every bite of the leg. JJ onion ramen ($ 6.50) was so good that everyone bites from his plate.

The noodles have a good consistency. This simple dish of noodles with sauce and scallions, and nothing else. All Pavilion Paradise screams "high end" of the fine covered with sumptuous curtains, spectacular views of the sea and blue baby furniture eerily similar to China. As Real is the case with most Chinese restaurants, the major parties are better because there were many dishes that I wanted to try, but it was too much for one and me at the end. Therefore, with the wings of nostalgia last shrimp fried chicken and pasta soup double boiled thousands, and we settled on two dishes. The pork was very tender, and the element of coffee in the sauce did not was too overwhelming and just add a pleasantly bitter edge.

Since the media has been waxing lyrical about the restaurant famous Peking duck, which (like almost all other tables in the restaurant) decided to give it a try. It takes 1 hour to prepare the duck, as it is carefully roasted with apple wood, so remember to book early to avoid long wait.Could really like soup that had been boiled for hours . I like the idea that the soup is served in claypots and no warmer to keep warm. hot soup tasted better. JJ was not yet complete and ordered a bowl of noodles in Hong Kong ($ 10). Quite normal. Is almond paste ($ 2.80) for dessert. iced tea with milk thick and not too overwhelming, but baby was smooth.
